Who is Bikes and Munchies?
Our background story is unique. Love was, and still is, the energy that motivated us to believe that a bicycle’s Project can create a change in the way we travel, and in our lives.
We, the founders, Paola (Mexican) and Sven (German) met back in 2017 thanks to a famous dating App while he was traveling in Mexico. After a few months of love distance, we decided to live together in Mexico City. Once here, we realized that bicycles were a shared passion as well as great food. The combination of skills and ideas, German planning and Mexican local knowledge, lead us to create a unique experience based on bicycles and street food.
Today the team has grown, the small project has developed into a top ranking experience, the bicycle movement is huge worldwide, Mexican food is as delicious as always and we are married!

We are a foodie crew of experienced & certified guides, who are deeply in love with our Mexican Culture and the bicycle movement, we are all Mexico City natives born and raised. Street food is a crucial part of our lives. We love to share our local knowledge with our guests, while we make new friends.
